LIFE, WILLS, AND OTHER

There is guaranteed issue life insurance up to $150,000 with living benefits that you can use f you lose 2 ADLs and need assisted living, available through Transamerica on this portal. No medical, just a signature. This will help many.

CLAIMS

Yes, there is a claims link directly to Aflac on these pages to file your claim yourself, directly with Aflac. Some people are do it yourself-ers.

But just like as always, my admin Kim Brooks, wants to help you file your claim. You can always work with me or Kim and not an 800 number. We can get you the claim forms and let you know exactly the documents that get the claim paid quickly. If we file your claim for you, we can check claims status and we do so DAILY !! If you file it yourself, we can’t access the claim if it gets held up for a missing piece.

So, please allow us to help you with your claims. With Kim as your guide,your claim process will be as good as it can be.

You must set up deductions after enrolling.

Log

Into SWAlife

Click “My Money”

Click “Direct Deposit”

Enter the ROUTING NUMBER  (given to you after you finished enrolling)

Enter the ACCOUNT NUMBER (given to you after you finished enrolling)

Choose SAVINGS account

Put in the $DOLLAR AMOUNT (TOTAL Amount given to you after you finished enrolling)

Click “Save”
