Group Accident Insurance

Group Accident insurance is a way to stay ahead of the out-of-pocket expenses that add up so quickly after an accidental injury—not just for emergency treatment, hospital stays, and medical exams, but for other expenses you may face, such as transportation and lodging needs.

Let's get started....

  • If this is your first time logging into the OHIO FOP self-enrollment system, please follow the instructions found in FIRST TIME USER.
  • If you already have a username and password, follow the instructions in RETURNING USER.

  • Start by clicking "Login / Register"  at the top right of this screen.
  • In the "NEW APPLICANT" box on the left, click CONTINUE.
  • In the form enter your first name, last name and email address (your email address will become your permanent username).
  • Then choose a permanent password and enter it in the registration form twice.
  • You will be sent a verification email. Open it and click the verification link.

  • Start by clicking "Login / Register"  at the top right of this screen.
  • Enter the username and password that you created the first time you logged in.
  • Your email address is your username.
  • If you don't have your password, use the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button to assign a new password.
